Repp Medical Inc.

Medication adherence, built from the clinic out.

Repp Medical develops patient medication technology for the institutions responsible for care - hospital systems, health plans, and the platforms their patients already use.

The problem

Taking medication correctly is harder than it should be.

Patients leave the hospital with new prescriptions, new schedules, and instructions written for someone else to read. Many manage several medications at once. Some cannot read the label. Some do not read English.

When adherence fails, patients are readmitted, outcomes decline, and the cost lands on the institutions that discharged them.

Readmissions

Avoidable readmissions carry direct financial penalties and weigh on the patient-experience scores hospitals are measured against.

Pharmacy operations

Non-adherence shows up in the pharmacy as waste, confusion between look-alike medications, and rework nobody budgeted for.

Patient confidence

A patient who is unsure what to take, or when, is a patient at risk - and usually has no one to ask at nine o'clock at night.

Our first product

Scan the bottle, or just say the name.

Say My Meds identifies the medication and tells the patient, in plain language and in their own language, what to take, when to take it, and what to watch for.

Scan or speak

Reads the prescription label, or takes the medication name by voice when reading is not an option.

Plain guidance

Dose, timing, and what to watch for, explained in words a patient can act on, then a reminder when the dose is due.

Seven languages at launch

Instructions shown and read aloud in the patient's language from the first release, for patients who do not read English. Not added later as a feature.

Designed for accessibility

Spoken guidance for patients with low vision, hearing loss, or limited literacy - the patients most likely to be managing several medications at once.

Built to be delivered through hospitals, health plans, and partner platforms, under their name, to the patients they already serve.

Who we work with

Built for the institutions accountable for outcomes.

Health systems

Support patients after discharge, reduce avoidable readmissions, and take pressure off pharmacy operations.

Health plans

Improve adherence across a member population, and the quality measures that depend on it.

Platform partners

Bring accessible, multilingual medication guidance to the platforms patients already use every day.

Why Repp Medical

Founded by a physician who watched the problem for more than twenty years.

Dr. Cori Repp spent her career as a practicing physician and medical director watching capable patients struggle with medication they fully intended to take. The problem was rarely willingness. It was instructions they could not read, schedules they could not keep track of, and no one to ask.

Repp Medical was founded to solve that problem from the clinical side, with technology built first for the patients who need it most.
